Welcome to BuyMegaPower (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, services, and lottery courier operations.
By creating an account or purchasing lottery tickets through BuyMegaPower, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the service.
 
1. About BuyMegaPower (Nature of Service)
BuyMegaPower is an independent lottery courier service that purchases official U.S. lottery tickets—specifically Mega Millions and Powerball—on behalf of international customers.

•	We do not operate any lottery,
•	We are not affiliated with any U.S. state lottery, and
•	We do not hold a gaming or gambling license, as our service does not involve betting, gaming, raffles, or gambling operations.

Our service is limited strictly to:

1.	Accepting customer orders,
2.	Purchasing physical lottery tickets,
3.	Providing digital copies for verification,
4.	Holding tickets securely, and
5.	Assisting customers with prize-claim procedures.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To use BuyMegaPower, you must:
•	Be at least 18 years old,
•	Use your real name and personal information,
•	Ensure that participation in U.S. lotteries is legal in your country or region,
•	Not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity.

BuyMegaPower reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account created with false, incomplete, or misleading information.
 
3. Account Creation and Security
When creating an account, you agree to:

•	Provide accurate personal details
•	Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
•	Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

If unauthorized access is suspected, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
BuyMegaPower may request identity verification (KYC) for compliance and prize-claim purposes.
Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.
 
4. Payments and Funding
All payments are processed through PayPal, which supports:

•	Major credit cards
•	Major debit cards
•	PayPal balance (optional)

We do not directly store or process card information.
All financial data remains securely handled by PayPal.
No Subscriptions
BuyMegaPower does not offer subscription services or automatic recurring payments.
Refund Policy
All purchases are considered final.
 Refunds may only be reviewed in cases of duplicated payments, technical errors, or accidental overcharges.
 
5. Orders, Cut-Off Times, and Ticket Purchasing
Ticket purchases are finalized only after payment is successfully processed.

•	Mega Millions and Powerball draw and cut-off times are displayed in Eastern Time (ET).
•	Orders placed after the cut-off time for a specific draw will be automatically moved to the next available draw.

BuyMegaPower physically purchases official U.S. lottery tickets through authorized retail channels.
 
6. Ticket Scans and Ownership
A digital copy of your ticket will be uploaded to your account after purchase.

 This serves as:

1.	Proof of purchase,
2.	Proof of ownership,
3.	Verification of the draw entry.

BuyMegaPower may upload scans sequentially and delays may occur due to order volume.
All physical lottery tickets remain the sole property of the customer, even while held securely by BuyMegaPower.
We have no legal claim to any ticket or prize.
 
7. Prize Handling and Claim Procedures
Prizes Under USD $2,500
For prizes below $2,500:

•	BuyMegaPower will claim the prize on your behalf,
•	Deposit the net amount (after required U.S. taxes and processing fees) directly into your account.

Prizes USD $2,500 and Above
Prizes at or above $2,500 must be claimed directly by the customer, under the customer’s legal name.
BuyMegaPower will:

•	Provide the original ticket,
•	Assist with verification documentation,
•	Guide the customer through the claim process,
•	Offer instructions for U.S. lottery regulations and deadlines.

The customer is responsible for identity verification, travel arrangements, and any tax documentation required by U.S. authorities.
 
8. Mileage and Bonus Rewards
BuyMegaPower offers a loyalty and reward system:

•	Mileage and bonus points do not expire,
•	They cannot be withdrawn as cash,
•	They may be used only for purchasing lottery tickets on BuyMegaPower,
•	Higher activity may grant a higher tier, which increases mileage earning rates.

Bonus rewards may be modified or discontinued at any time with prior notice.
 
9. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available for real-money balances derived from:

•	Prize payouts
•	Approved refunds
•	Other eligible credits

Mileage and bonus points are not eligible for withdrawal.
Additional identity verification may be required before withdrawals are processed.
 
10. Inactive Accounts
BuyMegaPower does not impose maintenance or inactivity fees.
 Your balance will remain in your account indefinitely unless you formally request closure.
 
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:

•	Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
•	Tamper with the website or systems
•	Manipulate ticket purchases
•	Use fraudulent payment methods
•	Violate U.S. lottery regulations
•	Open multiple accounts or impersonate another person

Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds, subject to applicable laws.
 
12. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
BuyMegaPower provides its service “as is” and does not guarantee:

•	Timely delivery of ticket scans,
•	Luck, winnings, or odds in any lottery,
•	Uninterrupted website access,
•	That lotteries will conduct draws as scheduled,
•	That lottery operators will pay prizes without delay.

BuyMegaPower is not liable for:

•	Lottery cancellations,
•	Changes in draw results,
•	Delays by official U.S. lottery operators,
•	Acts of government or regulatory authorities,
•	Travel requirements for prize claims.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket in question.
 
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
